A bundle puller and installer consists of a main traveling crane, a small traveling crane, and a driving chain arranged on the guide rail of the frame. The main traveling crane and the small traveling crane are mounted on the guide rail of the frame, and the chain drives the main traveling crane to move back and forth along the guide rail. A pushing device is installed on the main traveling crane, clamping feet are arranged at one end of the guide rail, and balance oil cylinders are arranged on both sides of the guide rail.

A pushing device composed of a telescopic lead screw and its driving device is installed on the base above the main board of the main traveling crane. A driving device and its connecting rod are installed under the main board of the main traveling crane, and the connecting rod drives the hanging plate arranged at the front end of the main traveling crane to lift and lower.

The extractor and installer overcomes the shortcomings of the existing extractor and installer, such as complex structure, inconvenient operation, large overall weight and high cost. It can adopt two control modes: manual control and long-distance remote control, which is convenient for users to use. It is suitable for the bundle extraction and installation operation of shell-and-tube heat exchangers in industries such as petrochemical industry and electric power industry.
