POWER

The AE series diesel engine bundle extractor has 53kW of great power, faster and stronger, support one-touch remote startup, there is no need for the extra power source, the operation is convenient and efficient, providing great power anytime and anywhere.

FLEXIBLE

The design of movable lifting points shortens the overall length of the equipment and facilitates international transportation. Controlling the forward and backward movement of the lifting points to achieve equipment balance, with different sizes of lifting frames could complete the task of different diameter tube bundle extraction.

EFFICIENCY

The design of the AE series bundle extractor fully considers the harsh on-site environment, hiding most of the electrical components, wires, hydraulic system components, and hydraulic pipelines in the irregular steel pipes of the structural components. This scheme greatly reduces the failure rate and damage rate of the extraction machine. The control mode adopts three independent methods: manual button, wire control, and remote control, which are flexible, efficient, safe and reliable.

Optional Configuration

D Type

The D type front receiver supports up, down, left, and right freedom adjustment, which can accurately align the concentricity between the heat exchanger tube plate and the shell, replacing the traditional manual chain adjustment method, achieving faster and more convenient bundle installation operation, greatly reducing the adjustment time when the bundle is installing into the shell, and improving work efficiency.

E Type

The E type has wire ropes on the both sides of the main travelling crane which can easily rotate the bundle during the bundle loading process, greatly reducing time to align the tube bundle and significantly improving installation efficiency.
